Kasful Khairi Mohd Dadiri is the Managing Director of M24 Berhad and a co-founder shareholder.

Kasful graduated from International Islamic College with a Diploma in Business Administration in 2008. Kasful began his career with CIMB Bank as a Personal Financial Consultant following his graduation from International Islamic College. He managed client portfolios, advised clients on optimising their investment returns, and offered a variety of retail and investment banking products to meet clients' group requirements.

With this knowledge and a genuine love for Fintech, he co-founded MFM Synergy Sdn Bhd, a technology provider specialising in the development of bespoke platforms for worldwide multi-asset trading. He was accountable for the Group's operations and business strategy and is crucial in managing relationships with key partners/vendors. One of his greatest accomplishments in the information technology field is architecting an Artificial Intelligence system capable of tabulating large amounts of data and automatically delivering an accurate report on the most optimal asset allocation and risk management strategies via copy or mirror trading, dubbed the ACTR (Auto Copy Trade Replicator) system.  

 

The method was widely adopted by significant companies in online trading until MFM Synergy Sdn Bhd sold the intellectual property to another partner, while Kasful advanced to become a Licensee in the end-to-end Digital Islamic Fintech Industry.

Kasful and the initial shareholder established M24 Berhad in 2020 to focus only on the financial business through the acquisition of M24 Tawreeq Sdn Bhd (formerly known as AJWA Capital Sdn Bhd). In the same year, he successfully led a team of experienced bankers, compliance officers, and IT architects in developing Malaysia's first Digital Factoring System, which was licenced by the Ministry of Finance and Bank Negara Malaysia. Kasful takes satisfaction in being the team's leader, motivating the Islamic finance sector to follow suit by establishing a digital platform for SME Islamic factoring services.

 

His early foray into business and corporate management enabled him to make a prudent yet courageous move even during the pandemic era, which proved to be the optimal time. Kasful is presently enrolled in INCEIF, where he is pursuing his Executive Master's degree in Islamic Finance.
